Presented by Tricia King, Director of Client Success for Vertikal6

Tricia has over 25 years of experience working in Information Technology. Throughout her

career she has mentored and led call center teams, served as a technical architect and a

product manager in both SMB and enterprise organizations. She holds several technology

certifications, is a Security and Compliance Specialist and a HIPAA Privacy and Security Expert.

In her current role at Vertikal6, she oversees the Client Success team and works with our

managed services clients to provide technology strategy, security guidance, innovative business

solutions, and continual service improvement and coordination. Her primary goal is to enable

client success by ensuring their technology is aligned with their business goals. Most recently

Tricia has been focused on client experience and managing initiatives that have led to new

products and features that enhance our managed services for clients.
